SCM 403 - Cross-Border Goods and Human Services (3 cr.)

This course focuses on the special logistical, legal, and regulatory needs of moving goods, information, and services across borders, physically or electronically. Cross-border relationships and the special needs involved in recruiting and moving skilled labor and executive talent across borders, on a temporary or permanent basis, are also covered. Special emphasis on the practicality and detailed paperwork involved in cross-border operations and transactions between Canada and the U.S.
