MAT 104 - Trigonometry (1 cr.) Introduction to trigonometry intended for students needing to prepare for calculus. Topics include right triangle trigonometry, radian measure of angles, the wrapping function and circular development of trigonometric functions, graphs of trigonometric functions, basic identities and fundamental properties of the trigonometric functions, solutions to trigonometric equations, and inverse trigonometric functions. Liberal arts Prerequisite(s): MAT 101 or equivalent (Mathematics Competency Requirement). Corequisite(s): May be taken concurrently with MAT 102, MAT 221 , MAT 222 or MAT 224.
