EDS 521 - Intellectual and Low-Incidence Disabilities (3 cr.) Introduction to the history, philosophy, causation, and service delivery models related to the education/habilitation of individuals with developmental and low-incidence disabilities. This includes intellectual disabilities, blindness, deafness, deaf-blindness, and multiple disabilities. Legal issues, ethical practices, and rights of individuals with disabilities will be examined.
