CHE 320 - Phytochemistry of Cannabis (3 cr.)


This course will offer a strong theoretical knowledge of the principles of phytochemistry (chemistry of plants), including plant constituents (alkaloids, phenolic compounds, terpenes, terpenoids and cannabinoids), and plant secondary metabolism as well as plant extract preparations and analysis of cannabis-based products.
