CHE 482 - Biochemistry Laboratory II (1 cr.) A detailed examination of experimental methods of modern biochemistry which may include: spectroscopy, chromatography, electrophoresis, western blots, molecular modeling and genetic engineering using PCR methods. The course is designed to encourage independent biochemical investigation via small group projects. Liberal arts Prerequisite(s): CHE 401 and CHE 481 , or CHE 371 with permission from instructor.
