CHE 481 - Biochemistry Laboratory I (1 cr.) An introduction to experimental methods of modern biochemistry which may include: spectrophotometry, liquid scintillation spectroscopy, fluorescence, chromatography, enzymology, and protein and/or nucleic acid isolation and purification. The course is designed to lead to independent biochemical investigation via group projects and gradual reduction of detailed instruction.
