Start your language journey with this Beginning French microcredential! With no prior French experience necessary, this microcredential prepares you to speak, read and write at the novice high level, as defined by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). You will build your intercultural communications skills while also getting an introduction to the Francophone culture. Successful completion of this microcredential prepares you for continued study, and provides specialized skills for those in education, business, healthcare, public service. Take alone or consider adding the Intermediate microcredential.
