HRT 454 - Resort Management (3 cr.)

Investigate development of resort properties as tourism and business destinations. Examine management issues including planning, development, operation, and design of recreational amenities. Explore the financing and capital requirements of resort amenities. (occasional).
Prerequisite(s): HRT 202  and HRT 251 .
