HRT 202 - History, Resources, and Policies of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management (3 cr.)


An overview of the historical perspectives of the hospitality industry, a review of the literature and data base resources in the hospitality industry, and an introduction to the HRTM program including college, SBE, and departmental policies, procedures, and requirements.
Prerequisite(s): HRTM major or approval of HRTM Department Chair.
