MUS 108 - History of Rock (3 cr.)

This is an online class that will provide a fresh and comprehensive account of the rock era in American popular music. This course will provide a broad-based history of the genre, exploring rock as a social, cultural and economic phenomenon beginning with a brief history, discussions of genres within rock, and leading to present day.
