MGM 341 - Training and Development (3 cr.)

Training and Development provides an understanding of how to foster learning in organizations, with an introduction to key concepts and frameworks involved in developing and training employees. The successful student will gain an understanding of the relationship between training and organizational strategy, training design, and training methods.
