MGM 455 - Strategic Human Resource Management (3 cr.) This course provides an understanding of the link between managing an organization’s capital and achieving competitive advantage. The successful student will gain an understanding of the relationship between human resources strategy and competitive advantage, organizational development and the role of the human resource professional as internal consultant, and advanced topics such as data analytics in human resource management and global human resource management.
