HMT 354 - International Hospitality (3 cr.)

The course covers topics related to new business models and strategic issues in the hospitality industry in a changing environment. Common applications of managerial practices to internationally operating hospitality companies, realities of the changing markets, and any issues and trends shaping the dynamics of the hospitality industry world wide are the main topics of this course.
