CSD 439 - Participatory Observation (1 cr.)

In this course, students will observe therapy and evaluation sessions in speech-language pathology. Students will identify components of the therapy or evaluation and characteristics of the clinician that influence the therapeutic interaction. This course will encourage students to look closely at the therapeutic process, the commonalities across disorders, and the influence of the clinician on the outcome of therapy.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing and CSD major restrictions.
