PSY 498 - Internship (1 to 15 cr.)

Internship at local agencies and schools with children and/or adults. Students will learn about prevention and treatment issues and about the operation of community agencies and educational institutions. They will relate their internship experiences to psychological principles in class and/or faculty meetings. Responsible and professional contact with the agencies is required.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing, 2.5 overall GPA; POI; coursework relevant to placement.
