PSC 334 - War (3 cr.) War is a uniquely impactful social activity due to its destructiveness and the way its possibility transforms societies. This class is an exploration of war from a variety of perspectives. Topics include the nature of war, why wars happen, how preparing for and fighting wars affect societies, and the ethics of war.
