PSC 327 - European Politics (3 cr.)

Why do some European countries have parliamentary systems? Why do European political systems sometimes include extreme right-wing and left-wing political parties? How did the European Union develop and how does it work? This course will help you understand the answers to these questions and more through a study of European political systems and their interaction with European Union politics.
