NUR 425 - Public Health Nursing (4 cr.) This course focuses on the practice of promoting and protecting the health of populations and communities using knowledge from nursing, social, and public health sciences. The role of the nurse in the practice of public health serves as the framework for the course. This course includes classroom, applied learning as well as simulated learning experiences.
