MUS 326 - Aural Skills III (1 cr.) This course is a continuation of Aural Skills I1 and incorporates materials from Music Theory II. Topics will include further work in scales, intervals, chord quality, melody, rhythm, harmonic function, chord progressions, and form. Ongoing development of performance skills including ear training, sight singing, keyboard harmony, elementary conducting patterns, and advanced rhythmic reading. Self-study in aural skills using ear training software including musictheory.net and theoria.net. Liberal Arts Prerequisite(s): MUS 226 or POI Corequisite(s): MUS 330 Semester(s) Offered: Every other fall
