ENV 370 - Soil Science (4 cr.) Study of the physical, chemical, and biological properties of soils and their relationship to the environment and plant growth. Includes the study of soil formation, physical properties, water dynamics, soil organisms and ecology, nutrient cycling, acidity and anthropogenic pollutant effects on soil, including the links between agriculture and water quality.
