CSM 435 - Managing Technology and Innovation (3 cr.)

This course teaches concepts and skills necessary to manage innovation and technology in today’s highly competitive marketplace. As most organizations today compete on their ability to innovate and quickly deliver technological advances, managing technology and innovation is a key component of business strategy and organizational success. Students will learn both theory and practical approaches to leading organizations through critical business changes.
