CMM 317 - Broadcast Drone Operations (1 cr.)

This course explores the world of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) with a focus on their use in broadcast technologies. Students will learn about these versatile vehicles. They will also learn the constantly changing regulations for flying both small and professional sUAS. The course will contain information on how to pass the FAA Part 107 Certification as well as to provide several hours of simulator training and hands-on flight training using professional drones.
