CRI 365 - The International Criminal Justice System and Women (3 cr.) This course examines the role of gender in criminal justice and will cover the following topics from a global perspective: 1) the gendered nature of offending and its explanations; 2) the gendered nature of victimization and the intersection between victimization and human rights abuses; 3) the gendered nature of social control.
