HMT 310 - Organization and Management of Human Resources in the Hospitality Industry (3 cr.) This course presents a comprehensive study of organizational behavior and management principles of the hospitality industry with emphasis on human resources and performance. The course also provides fundamental and comprehensive information on the various elements of supervisor’s role as well as the principles, theories, and decision-making skills required to manage a workforce to profitable results.
