GWS 380 - Men and Masculinities (3 cr.) This course is about men and masculinities from a feminist perspective. It examines how masculinity varies over time and among different racial/ethnic groups in the United States. It applies an intersectional lens to the study of masculinity that analyzes masculinity as it intersects with race, ethnicity, class, and sexuality. Topics covered include boyhood, men and work, health, relationships, families, popular culture, and violence.
