GEG 120 - Physical Geography of the Environment (3 cr.)


This course explores the dynamic interactions involving the earth’s atmosphere, lithosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere with an emphasis on the processes that drive the physical systems on earth and the interactions between them.  Students will explore the relationships among these physical systems, with emphasis on weather and climate, water, ecosystems, geologic processes and land form development, and human interactions with the physical environment.
