ECO 260 - Business Statistics I (3 cr.)

Introduction to descriptive statistics, probability, correlation, sampling, sampling distributions, and confidence intervals applied to social, business, and economic data. Also, discrete and continuous probability distributions - uniform, Poisson, binomial, normal, and exponential. Extensive use of Excel for data analysis.
