FNI 362 - Food Preparation (4 cr.)

Fundamental and scientific principles of food preparation, incorporating current information in food science, nutrition and food service. Emphasis  is placed on the interpretation of chemical reactions in foods and the development of skills required for food preparation. Lecture/Lab
Prerequisite(s): FNI 191  or FNI 211 .
