PHY 452 - Quantum Mechanics (3 cr.) An introductory course in quantum mechanics covering both the fundamental postulates leading to the development of non-relativistic quantum mechanics and an introduction to relativistic quantum mechanics starting with the Klein Gordon equation and the Dirac equation. Current topics including entanglement, quantum computing, and apparent quantum paradoxes are introduced in examples and using recently published papers.
