PED 212 - Introduction to Personal Fitness Training (3 cr.) This course is designed to recognize the personal trainer (PT) as a professional in the continuum of creating healthy lifestyles. The information discussed inside and outside the classroom will (a) introduce the students to the tools and scientific evidence to help build safe and effective programs for a variety of clients and (b) prepare the students for PED 214 .
