PED 102 - Strength and Cardiovascular Conditioning (1 cr.) Application of fitness and wellness principles to develop muscular endurance, strength, power and cardiovascular endurance. Emphasis on the development of a personal lifetime fitness program. Course offered as P/F and based on participation. Students may apply a maximum of four credit hours of physical education activity courses (PED 100-194) toward their degree. Must be Fitness Center member to enroll.
