EXP 236 - Sophomore Expedition (3 cr.) The Sophomore Expedition is a central component of the first semesters in expeditionary studies. Its primary goal is straightforward: for Expeditionary Studies students to plan and participate in an independent extended backcountry trip. There are many options for successfully completing a sophomore expedition. Students may hike, ski, climb or paddle; locally, across the country, or abroad. Prerequisite(s): POI.
