MIS 303 - Introduction to Business Application Programming (3 cr.) This course provides an introduction to the fundamental programming theories and concepts necessary to create software applications that address the information needs of an organization. Introduces business students to the design, implementation, and testing of programs. Topics include class definition, methods, data types, control structures, and file-based and interactive input/output. Provides an overview of industry-proven software-development principles, and outlines the contribution that business professionals make to the program-development process. Prerequisite(s): MIS 275 .
