Certificate Requirements 18 Credits
Additional Degree Requirements
All education majors and students seeking to enter an education program, must meet the following eligibility requirements for ALL education programs -
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher to enter and remain in the program. Education majors with a cumulative GPA below 3.0 will be reviewed by the Education Department Academic Progress Committee for possible dismissal from the major. -
A grade of B or better in all required education courses in order to continue the program. -
Minimum grade of C in all conditions courses. -
All education and conditions courses all must be satisfactorily completed prior to Student Teaching. -
Successfully conduct themselves professionally at all times. -
Demonstrate professional ethical behaviors. -
A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 in all required major courses. Note:
This program is not directly eligible for federal or state financial aid. However, coursework within the program may qualify for aid if it counts as electives toward another aid-eligible degree program or is taken in addition to a full-time course load of 12 aid-eligible credits. |
