HIS 372 - North America and the World (3 cr.)


This seminar uses a comparative focus to explore the history of Canada, the United States and Mexico in the second half of the twentieth century. Students will investigate the ways these countries have shared a common trajectory, and also upon the ways in which they have differed. Important economic, political, sociocultural and environmental issues will be examined, as well as the impact of globalization.
