An introduction to the biochemistry of amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. Basic techniques in protein biochemistry such as mutagenesis, Bradford Assay, and bioinformatics will be covered. A general view of basic cell metabolism and its regulation. Lecture/Lab
