CRI 222 - Digital Forensics (3 cr.) This course provides information about the importance of digital forensics in terms of contributing to the criminal justice system mechanism by applying several scientific disciplines to the collection, examination, analysis, and reporting of digital evidence while preserving the integrity of the information and maintaining the chain of custody. It also covers forensics tools and provides specific guidance on dealing with civil and criminal matters relating to law and technology. Liberal Arts Semester(s) Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter
