CLP 103 - Keeping Your Battery Charged (1-2 cr.) This 1-credit course is based on the Myers & Sweeney (2004) Self Model of Wellness and designed to help students explore and evaluate the five pillars of wellness. This evidence-based model is a holistic and strengths-based approach for enhancing wellness. The five pillars include creative, coping, social, essential, and physical.
