ENV 488 - Environmental Planning Capstone (3 cr.)

Students complete a capstone project within environmental planning and management. Topics may address any functional area of planning including transportation, parks and protected areas, urban environments, among others. Students will progress through all stages of the planning process: identification of a planning-related problem; investigation of previous work; relevant data collection or case exploration; development of solutions; data-driven/structured decision making; development of implementation and monitoring plan. Projects will culminate in a written document and a final presentation.
Prerequisite(s): ENV 310 ,  ENV 329
