BIO 348 - Plants and People (3 cr.)


A broad, experiential introduction to the relationship between plants and people. Topics covered include plant diversity and evolution, basic botany, and economic botany and ethnobotany. Trips to local businesses include a brewery, coffee roaster, supermarket, and market farm.
