THE 250 - Canadian Theatre (3 cr.) An examination of Canadian and First Nations theatre, exploring historical and current theatrical developments. Using representative plays, essays, and productions, this theme-based course encourages students to explore and interrogate the perspectives, lived experiences, identities, and intersectionalities that shape Canadian practices and disrupt a monolithic “Canadian” theatre identity.
