SCM 390 - Negotiation for Strategic Sourcing (3 cr.) This course provides a comprehensive overview of principles and practices in negotiation, relationship management, and organizational conflict resolution for an effective strategic sourcing. This course focuses on developing students’ analytical skills with respect to negotiation as a sourcing professionals. Prerequisite(s): SCM 370 or POI.
