MGM 342 - Employment Law (3 cr.)

Employment Law provides an understanding of major employment and labor laws affecting organizations. The successful student will gain an understanding of specific statutes related to employment law, labor laws, staffing, and harassment.
Prerequisite(s): MGM 280 , MGM 310  (may be taken concurrently)
