PSY 579 - School Psychology Practicum IV (3 cr.)


This is the fourth course of a four-course sequence designed to provide opportunities to practice skills learned in coursework. Students will complete 240 practicum hours in an applied setting (local schools and/or university-based clinic settings, with guidance from a school psychologist), allowing for integration of knowledge and skills. Group supervision at the university will take place once a week during class time. This course will focus on supervision, program evaluation completion, ethical problem solving, and preparation for internship.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 576 PSY 577 PSY 578 , & School psychology graduate major.
