GEG 121 - Human Geography (3 cr.) The course examines the relationships among people, culture and space, at the local regional and global scales. Topics include globalization and the world systems, natural resources and environmental challenges, population and migration, diversity of identities, geopolitics, urban and rural settlements, agricultural and industrial activities. Spatial thinking is applied to help understand the complexity and changing nature of these topics.
