ANT 102 - Contemporary Cultures (3 cr.) Cultural Anthropology is devoted to the study of human society in all of its diverse manifestations and across time and space. This course focuses on the dynamics and interpretation of culture and explores, from a cross-cultural perspective, how humans create diverse ways to survive, thrive and live in community with each other. Major areas of exploration include the impact of globalization and culture change on contemporary human society.
