CRI 375 - Cybercrime (3 cr.) This course focuses on explaining cybercrime, types of cybercrimes, methods/techniques used by cybercriminals to commit cybercrime, and prevention of cybercrime. More specifically, the course introduces definition of cybercrime, the types of cyber-attacks, typologies of cybercrime, preventive measures for cybercrimes, and methods and techniques used by cybercriminals to commit different forms of cybercrime such as identity theft, online financial fraud, child pornography, and intellectual property theft. Liberal Arts Prerequisite(s): CRI 150 or CRI 251 or POI. Semester(s) Offered: Every Third Spring; Summer, Winter
